How long does installation take?

It depends on the area and the condition of the subfloor. After the site survey we give you a written schedule before any work starts.

Can you work after hours or at weekends?

Yes. For offices, banks and live sites we plan night and weekend shifts so your people can keep working.

Do you remove the existing floor?

We can include removal and disposal of the old floor in your quote. Mention it during the survey.

What if the subfloor is uneven or damp?

We test moisture and level on site. If the slab needs repair or levelling, it goes into the quote, so there are no surprises later.

Is the installation covered by a warranty?

Installation warranty terms are written into your quote, alongside the Mohawk product warranty.
